I became a certified tutor last year and have been tutoring since then. The overall outcome of my students is a higher grade in the aimed at course, yet one of my goals is to practice speaking as much as possible. It is one the quickest ways to learn the vocabulary, pronunciation, and lingo.

I have taught high schoolers as well as middle schoolers. With time I noticed that one of the most effective forms of teaching is speaking. I try to enforce talking as much as possible. Writing, and re-writing also helps with memorization when it comes to vocabulary. On the other hand, watching videos, movies, and listening to music in the studied language helps with comprehension and is entertaining too
