About Sophia
In 2024, I graduated from Bauman College with honors as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. I am a seasoned caterer and had the desire to provide my clients with nutritious foods that will provide them optimal health benefits. Learning about the importance of nutrition-rich foods and combining my cooking experience, I desire to teach that knowledge.
