About Kylie
I have a competitive background in dance with a primary focus in ballet and modern. My dance background helped me develop my love for movement and led me to yoga. I began studying vinyasa yoga at the age of 17 and was teacher-certified by 19. I care deeply about the practice because I know the immense benefits it offers (mentally, physically, and spiritually), and want to share my knowledge with others.

My teaching approach varies per student but always includes a consultation, warm-up, main sequence, and cool-down. I teach students proper form and focus on how the pose feels to the person, rather than how it looks. Yoga is an internal practice that harmonizes with the external and I am sure to show that in my work.
