A serious practitioner of yoga who is following a yogic lifestyle. I am passionate about yoga, psychology, reading, writing (blog), traveling (traveled in 20 countries, and spent more than a year in the Himalayas), cooking, ancient scriptures and animals. I am currently residing in Kerala.
