About Jamie
I'm a masters student living in Oxford. I completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in India in 2016 and have experience teaching yoga for adults and children in English and Spanish. I hold Continued Professional Development diplomas in Mindfulness and Alchemy, and am trained in Trans Competency for Holistic Therapists.

My approach to teaching yoga and meditation is very holistic. I believe yoga is an act of self-love and should be practised with compassion and respect. My hatha classes are tailored to individual needs, as everyone has different bodies and different reasons for practising. I focus on relaxation and mental well-being, as well as physical fitness, and my classes can adapt to the abilities of the student.
