About Sapna
Passionate about Indian cinematic dance and music . Firm believer that a good dancer flows, integrated with the music. The story , the emotions and the mood behind the music should be captured, understood and expressed through the dancer’s eyes, face and entire body.
I have performed dances to Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam film & light music on multiple stages in India. Trained in classical Indian dance forms.

Indian Cinematic dance forms are highly sought after for many reasons. To some, it’s about ‘learning’ an exquisitely beautiful art form and expression . To others, it’s the best well-rounded aerobic ‘exercise’ keeping them flexible and fit. To many, it’s pure ‘fun’ that kicks out all those cortisols, built up over a hectic week, and releasing the joyful dopamine & endorphins. For some, it’s simply being able to ‘dance together’ with co-lovers of the art or telling stories through art.
Whatever your reason, connect with me, and I will help you or your children express beautifully to Bollywood, Kollywood, Tollywood, or Mollywood tunes.
I believe that a good dancer should be synchronous with the music, and with the story and emotions behind it. Passionate about Indian dance forms, I have performed on many stages in India. I am also trained in Indian classical dance.
Planning classes on weekends only at my place or neighbourhood locations. Women and children of any ages and any experience levels welcome. Talk soon!
