Iam an yoga instructor who practicing yoga for more than 10 years and planned to teach yoga to others for long time but i found opportunity on 2023 to complete yoga teacher training course and iam started to teach yoga at once i finish TTC still present,i specialized in vinyasa,hatha,pranayama and meditation,and yoga nidra,yoga flow.Iam teaching yoga because ofPassion.

I focus on total body alignment as well as encourage my students to focus their body and mind.Iwon't rush my student to do all asanas because each body is different.Through instruction i correct the postures perfectly.I just make them not to push forward by comparing others just they want to make them better than yesterday.
