About Araceli
Since 2016 I have been certified as an Integral Yoga teacher, I studied at the Integral Yoga School, Viña del Mar. I worked during 2017 at the El Roble school (Ñuñoa, Santiago) with children from 11 to 18 years old. And I have done private classes to young people, adults and seniors since then.

My classes combine different yogic techniques that will depend on the needs of each student. Within the methodology I use balance asanas to improve mental control, strength for muscle tone and flexibility to relax and oxygenate the body. In addition, the class may include breathing exercises (swara yoga), relaxation exercises (samayoga) and meditation. There is no age or physical condition discrimination to practice, just motivation!
