About Alena
I’m a certified yoga instructor, and I love yoga and learning about how the human body works. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and seeing how my students improve and become more confident in their practice.
I work with beginners and want my students to feel comfortable, ask questions and learn at their own pace.

My goal is not just to show you how to do a pose, but to help you understand what you are doing and why.
I teach basic asanas step by step, explaining alignment and how the posture should feel. My classes are for beginners.
Lessons last 60–90 minutes and are suitable for adults, those who want to build a strong foundation in yoga.
