About Srihari
I am a mixed martial artist with a full-time job as a Financial Analyst and I have worked through my own health issues. I’ve been overweight with a high blood pressure of 145 over 90 and I was coping with all the emotional highs and lows of life through several bouts of emotional eating. It took quite a lot of work and experimentation to get back to normal levels of weight and blood pressure.
I say this because I’ve been there and I understand the work it takes to get back on track to good health and that it can be even harder to find out what works for you and stay on track with a full-time job/classes, numerous fitness trends, fad diets and confusing messages about food, health, and nutrition out there.
With all that said, I’m here to make things simple and help you embrace fitness, healthy eating behaviors and to empower you to take responsibility for your own health, fitness and nutrition through coaching and education.

I am here to help people embrace fitness, healthy eating behaviors, and to empower them to take responsibility for their own health, fitness and nutrition.
I’d like to start my coaching process with a 60-minute initial session to get to know each other, identify areas to focus on, if any, and cover your health, medical and workout history. We would also take the opportunity to discuss your preferences when it comes to your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle and address any concerns or reservations you might have.
In the weekly sessions that follow up, we will focus on coming up with strategies and support systems that aim to build healthy and sustainable habits to help you achieve your goals, address obstacles you might face, and re-adjust/re-visit your goals in ways that help you move forward.
