I’m a Japanese-English personal trainer with nearly 10 years of experience. Based in Malaysia since 2021, I’m passionate about helping others to be confident in their own body and achieve their goals through fun, focused, and effective training sessions. Let’s get happiness from fitness together.

About the lesson

First session will be 30 minutes free consultation followed by 1 hour of personal training. I can offer both walk-in gym and at home training sessions, customized to your goals. You can also train with me as your gym partner for extra motivation. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I’ll support you every step of the way.
