I am really dedicated and plan my lessons ahead. I work with the students on their strength and weaknesses. I ensure I ask the students what they want to work on and what they feel comfortable with but at the same time I stretch them. I usually start by looking through the content and clearing any questions they have with the basic stuff, I then give them practice questions and finally I start doing exam questions once they are comfortable enough with the topic. I make sure I set appropriate homework for the student to work on in their own time and further improve their skills. I will set regular exams to understand how much the child understands and has learnt with me.
