I recommend lessons to be 30-45 minutes. In the first lesson, I will establish what level you are currently at. If you're a beginner, we will go through the parts of a guitar and start to learn some techniques that will stay with you through your guitar journey. If you are more advanced, I will share some music from different levels and gage what the next steps should be.
I have experience in taking students through classical guitar exams, which sound scarier than they actually are! I have gone through all of the exams and more, so I have great knowledge and advice for any nerves that might be around.
I currently teach children in primary and secondary schools as well as adults. I am happy to teach any age however I recommend that children should be no younger than 7.
