About Nilu
My name is Nilu and I am studying German and philosophy to become a teacher for grammar schools and comprehensive schools at the University of Cologne.
I began to be enthusiastic about reading at a young age, so I knew early on that I would like to pursue my future career in the direction of German studies. At the beginning of the ninth grade I also started to tutor younger students. Your success has shown me that I not only enjoy it, but that I can really help others and make a difference. That's how I finally developed my passion for teaching and I would like to continue it here!

I really enjoy helping people learn German as a foreign language. Since I have a migration background myself and many of my family members also had to learn German as a foreign language, I already have experience in teaching it. In addition, I am taking a lot of additional teaching experience from years of work as a tutor, the knowledge from my teaching degree and an internship at a high school in Cologne with me!
A very friendly learning environment is important to me, as I cater to the needs of my students and adapt the learning pace to their progress! Furthermore, I am always open to suggestions!

Nilu ist ein super sympathischer Mensch, der einem ruhig und zielsicher dabei helfen kann, gewisse Themen besser zu verstehen️.
Ich und Nilu kennen uns noch aus der Schulzeit. Als 1er Schülerin hat sie mir oft geholfen mich auf die Klausuren vorzubereiten :) Ihr habe ich einige gute Noten zu verdanken.
Nilu ist eine vertrauenswürdige Person, weil man ihr nicht nur ,,Geheimnisse“ anvertrauen kann, sondern auch immer auf ihre Unterstützung vertrauen kann :) Wenn sie eine Sache beginnt, beendet sie diese auch.
