About Celina
I am currently studying Spanish and Italian at Bristol University and am providing academic support for students aged 10-15.
I have worked as a coach at summer camp, teaching over 2000 children ages 5 to 15, and have received top grades at GCSE and A level.
At university, I take part in a lot of theatre, comfortably working with and leading groups of people in a dynamic and engaging way, and I focus on teaching in a similar way, constantly looking for new ways to teach and learn.

Every student is different, and so are each of my classes. I tailor my classes to what interests the student. Taking tests is all about technique, and I have had a lot of practice!
Your child doesn’t enjoy analysing texts for essays but loves the theatre? Then we will read and perform short extracts together, and then discuss why they made the choices they did, introducing them to analysis in an interesting way.
They have a hard time understanding algebraic equations? Spelling? The process of meiosis? There is a style of learning for everyone and one-to-one learning allows for us to combine a variety or aural, visual and written learning.
I will provide a test/ questionnaire for you and your child to fill out, and find out what it is your child really needs. I will also provide progress quizzes for you to see your child’s progress.
