About Myles
I've spent time coaching football, working directly with children and young people, which gave me a solid grounding in how to keep them engaged, patient, and motivated. I really enjoyed that side of it, and I'm now looking to apply the same approach to their academic development rather than just the physical side — helping them build confidence and understanding, not just skills on a pitch.

My approach to English tutoring is built around clear, patient explanation rather than rushing through content. I focus on reading comprehension, essay structure, grammar, and building confidence in writing — adapting the pace to whatever the student needs most. Lessons typically run 45-60 minutes. I work well with primary and early secondary students, and with GCSE students aiming to strengthen their grade. Sessions are relaxed but focused, with practical feedback every time.
