About Anna
I am a law student. Every summer, for the past three year, I work at the Royal school in Ghana as a teaching assistant, for Grade 1 to Grade 5 teaching English language.
There are 20 students in each class I teach and my job is to study the progress of each child and if need be have one on one lessons with any student struggling.
I got an A in my English GCSE and a 8.0 in my IELTS

I believe the best way to handle students is to 'put yourself in their shoes' and treat them with the patience and sensitivity you would want.
I teach grade 1 to grade 5 students English.
my lessons normally begin with an ice breaker just to make the students comfortable and excited. after this, we go through a recap of what we learnt the last time. if every student is able to show that they understood what was taught then we will start with the lesson for the day.
My style of teaching; which has so far produced a 100% successful rate, is to use creative methods to teach. I have learnt that children retain more of what they are taught when they agree with how it is being taught. So I use colours, drawings, songs and sometimes dancing to teach.
