Leadership training Program - Key skill to make yourself effective boss in industry

Mr. Pratipal and I were working in an organization (Amazon India) where I discovered his extra curricular talent apart from team working abilities. We got a chance to teach students of our office locality through "TEACH FOT INDIA" NGO initiative. He has a unique and wonderful rapport with the students of Elementary school. He’s extraordinarily talented at connecting with his students and educating in a creative and engaging fashion. Showing confidence in the use of varied media, Mr. Pratipal incorporated the use of technology to best effect. He has excellent communication skills, which is evident when examining his success in connecting with students who require extra care.

He is my close friend since 7 long years now and he has been to alot of things in his life so he can be really helpful to each one of you with his leadership skills. He is really doing great in his life and handling everything perfectly be it family, friends or relatives he somehow maintained contacts with everyone he met till now.
