About Lauren
In Ayurveda, health is defined as “the dynamic state of balance between mind, body, and environment.”
I am honored to announce that I am now an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, earning my certification from the largest school of Ayurveda in the West, California College of Ayurveda.
My love for holistic medicines have grounded my work in the plant and spirit worlds uniting me in both America and Asia.
One of my favorite modules from the course was Sensory Therapy, my favorite being Aromatherapy-the use of sense of smell for healing. The oils are found in many parts of a plant-flowers, roots, leaves, resin or bark. The essential oils can be ingested as medicine, increasing the sattvic energy (qualities of balance, harmony, goodness, purity, positive attitude, peacefulness).
I am skilled to personally create mixtures of herbal formulas, misting sprays and massage oils using Certified Pure Therapeutic grade DoTERRA products based on ones specific dosha (also known as body-mind types). ???? These oils work wonders on our pets too! ????????
