About Francesca
Hello! My name is Francesca and I am currently studying criminology for my master's degree at the University of Cambridge. My research currently focuses on the representation of female offenders in England and Wales using feminist criminology. I completed my bachelor's degree in sociology at the University of Bristol last year and that is where my passion for sociological thinking began. I was also the highest academic performer in my second year at Bristol and graduated with a 72 overall, so you can be ensured I will provide quality work and understanding of the topic!
I would love to teach you about some of my favourite theories and the importance of using sociology to understand today's contemporary issues, notably in terms of gender and ethnicity/'race'. I also studied abroad at Pitzer College in the US, which has a renowned educational system that includes Asian American sociological studies, which I am also happy to share my knowledge on.
