About Seena Ramesh
27 Jan 2022, completed 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course from Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala. It been 2 years that I am teaching online via this platform. I love to practice/teach yoga, do gardening and swim .I aspire to touch thousands of lives. Since 4 years I’m consistent in practising yoga, it’s all about focus.
