About Jon
I have been building and deploying software as the founder of Competitive Advantage Research for ten years. My clients--for whom I have consulted on data and deployed software--have included university presidents, labor leaders, public officials, national and local campaigns, newspaper editors, and businesses. I am self-taught in Python and SQL, and I have been offering programming lessons since 2015.

A typical lesson plan will dive in on an entire concept and its quirks, while you build and improve upon an application from "Hello, world!" to having a project you can demonstrate and launch. We start by talking about what you want to build, and the lessons begin with project planning and the basics of computing.
