About Divya
Hi, I’m Divya, a professional chef with over a decade of experience in the culinary world. My journey began at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, where I earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Business Management. Since then, I’ve trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, worked internationally, and honed my skills in crafting exceptional dishes that blend global techniques with local, seasonal ingredients. Beyond the kitchen, I’ve pursued a Master’s in Food Systems Economics and Policy from Tufts University, deepening my understanding of sustainable food practices. I’ve also collaborated with organizations like Google Food and J-PAL to advance food literacy and sustainability. As a teacher, my goal is to inspire confidence, creativity, and curiosity in my students.
