Ken instructed my mom about utilizing several Microsoft products (MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and Windows 11). Communicating with Ken is very easy through multiple media platforms. Ken helped me understand how to communicate with Windows 11, Apple iphones, and Zoom. Ken makes learning computers very clear and is easy to understand. Additionally, he is willing to provide more time outside of the lesson if things to do not make since. Ken created a Wonderful educational experience.
Ken's easy-going manner helped me learn at my pace and gave me confidence to try things. We explored what I knew and didn't know, and he taught me all I needed to know to be proficient with Excel's Slicers and Timelines!
Ken walked me through setting up an annuity calculation. I started with a blank sheet and I was led step by step. He explained everything to my satisfaction and it was great learning experience. With 15 years of experience doing Excel, he knew the subject very well.
Ken was an excellent instructor! He was very thorough, gave great examples, and was able to answer all of my questions! He was easy to understand and very patient !
