About Evin
I am a professional photographer and cinematographer with over 30 years of experience. I'm also a graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara CA with a BA in Photography. My work has been featured in American Photo, Petersen's Photographic, PDN, American Salon and American Cinematographer magazines. I've shot campaigns for Square, Norman Silverman Diamonds, Nike, Pepsi, Ford, New Zealand Tourism, Blue Star ranges and Invisalign. I've also shot four feature films and countless commercials and TV shows.

Hands on instruction is film photography with your camera and equipment or mine.
•Beginner photography course focuses on understanding exposure and camera settings to get reliable negatives for print or scanning.
•Beginning processing will focus on basic B&W film development for print or scanning. (Can be combined with above for a discount)
•Intermediate courses focus on composition, basic lighting and medium and large format camera use.
•Advanced courses can be custom tailored to the interest of the student IE, Zone system, location and studio lighting, portrait, low light shooting etc.

Perfect! Very in-depth tutorial covering subtleties of exposure, metering, developing and different stocks. Some portfolio review also covered with specific exercises suggested for bettering exposure for film.
