About Milou

Hello,

I just moved to San Diego from France about a month ago. I was born and raised in France, which makes me a native French speaker, but I am also fluent in English as I have lived in the USA for several years. I provide French Tutoring / Private Lessons, tailored to your level and to your goals. Whether you want help to pass an exam or a class, you are thinking about moving to a french speaking country or you just want to learn a new language, I will be happy helping you reach your goal. My rate is $25/hour. I can come to your place or you can come to mine, or we can even use Skype for the lesson. Feel free to contact me if you are interested.

A bientôt!

Perfect! Milou really listened to me and tailored our lessons to my needs. I've tried taking a beginner group class for French in the past. My issue was that French has many little rules that impact the pronunciation of words so I had problems keeping up and relating the spoken language with written language and basic grammar instructions.

Milou has given me a strong base to work with so that I am now picking up things quickly and can read and say more than some stock conversational phrases. I appreciate that he took the time to teach me which letter combinations essentially have the same pronunciation but mean entirely different things. He also taught me the proper elision of letters in a sentence.
