Hello there! My name is Callum and I live in Gloucestershire. My aim is to help all those who struggle using computers or any electronical devices. My teaching method is using the required software to video call my clients, we will discuss the problems the client may be having and will give them verbal advice on how to overcome any issues. We can do this via screen share and I can give live step by step guides on how to fix them. If this is for any reason unsuccessful, they can post their computers to me and the work can be done at home. I get many elderly people that need help with general knowledge for computers and a live video call is the perfect way to help them get a better understanding with how computers work. I will give you helpful tips on ensuring your computer is safe from all harm and how to make your device work faster and smoother!
