About Luca
Hello! My name is Luca, I am 25 years old and a language enthusiast. I did a Bachelor of Education in English, Russian, and Italian in Cologne (Germany), and I am currently doing a Master’s degree in German Language and Literature in Seoul (South Korea). I have always been interested in foreign languages, and during my life, I had the opportunity to study English, German, and French, and to learn Russian, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese, Dutch, and Croatian on my own! Moreover, I have managed to master some of these languages, thus obtaining some language certificates such as Goethe Zertifikat C2 (German C2), Cambridge Proficiency English (English C2), DALF C2 (French C2), TORFL 4 (Russian C2) and DELE C2 (Spanish C2).

Thanks to my deep interest in foreign languages, I have also had the opportunity to get to know and teach Italian to many foreigners, among others English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, and Korean native speakers. In my bachelor’s degree, I learned how to teach Italian to foreign students and which teaching methods to use depending on the students’ learning styles. In addition to that, I have been teaching Italian and other foreign languages in different contexts (online, private and group lessons, schools) and, aware of what is best for the students, I also pay particular attention to their needs and interests, thus using personalized learning materials according to them.
