Great session. Umair is really knowledgable and trains in a way personalised way that most trainers couldn’t match. His private home gym is perfect to train in also. He also gives really good advice in things like nutrition, supplements, daily habits etc. definitely recommend
Really knowledgable trainer. Knows a lot about weightlifting and boxing. Perfect for both someone trying to get in shape and also someone who wants to learn combat sport
