About Pallavi

I was initiated into Yog at the age of 9!
Have been practicing for more than 10 years now. A Certified Yoga teacher from Sri Sri School Of Yoga recognised by Ministry of Ayush & Yoga Alliance.
Completed a course in Vedas & Upanishads from Trinity, University of Oxford with a first class result.
A part of the Art Of Living Foundation.
Have been guiding meditations for children & adults.
I also help with counselling and therapy.

About the lesson

The Session will include :
• Pranayam : You will be initiated into new pranayamas gradually.
• Meditation : You will be guided into live mediations by me.
• Yog Nidra : Guiding you into the “Yogic Sleep” ( helps you get deep relaxation and increases intuition and clarity of mind )
