About Ingrid
I recently graduated college with over a 3.8 in a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree, and I am a few months away from beginning a Fulbright program in German-speaking Austria. There I will use my language tutoring skills to teach English to Austrian youth. I have 4 years of German tutoring experience under my belt and have created lesson plans and tests to aid my student's learning. I am a native German speaker, so I can teach you how to sound natural when communicating. I have a passion for languages and come from a polyglot family (my dad speaks 9 and my mom speaks 3). Let's learn some German!

I have 4 years of German tutoring experience. I am fluent in the language and grew up speaking it with my family. I have no accent and attended German school every Saturday until college. I am a recent college graduate and have taken 3 separate, 300-level university German courses. I have traveled to Germany about 25 times to visit family and have a lifetime of experience with the language and the culture. I have tutored and made lesson plans in other languages as well, including French and English.

Ingrid was recommended as a tutor by my German professor, and I'm recommending her as well. She is very patient and knowledgeable, and provided clear examples to answer my questions regarding German grammar, including sentence structure and proper conjugation for a wide array of cases. She is very clear when she communicates, and meets you where you're at. If you're looking for a good German tutor, Ingrid is an excellent choice.
