About Rupali
I am a home baker with experience of 8 years. I am giving private classes for healthy baking and cooking for the past 4 years. I can teach cooking and baking for all types of vegetarian dishes, cakes, muffins, bread, cookies, etc. I also teach sweets especially for people with diabetes. I have also been taking orders for cakes, chocolates, cookies, and snacks. My cooking ideas are tasty and on the healthy side maintaining a good lifestyle. For sweet items, I generally tend to avoid sugar and use healthy and natural substitutes (like jaggery, dates, sugar-free, etc) so that one can enjoy sweets without having the tension of gaining calories.

My teaching method is I give details about all the ingredients required with which and how to purchase them. I strongly prefer that whatever I teach in class is done practically by the student right with me. All the doubts and queries are cleared and answered. I also give advice and tips to make cooking easy, less time-consuming, and how to maintain a good plating presentation. Generally, my cooking ideas are less expensive and one can find all the ingredients easily in any store nearby.
