About Puja
I am a student of Bachelor of naturopathy and yogic sciences in Uttarakhand,India. I am very interested in yoga and thus I am doing a course to become a doctor who give treatment with naturopathy and yogic sciences.
I make sure that I will teach yoga very perfectly to students including the yogaasanas,Pranayama,mudra, bandha, relaxation techniques, meditation, and many more things realted to yoga including it's benefits,conta indications, duration, awareness etc.
Since I am a futureDoctor, Student can ask me any query regarding any disease and I will provide them some beneficial methods to prevent and cure it.

I make sure that I will teach yoga very perfectly to students including the yoga asanas,Pranayama,mudra, bandha, relaxation techniques, meditation, and many more things realted to yoga including it's benefits, contra indication of particular yoga, duration, awareness etc.
Each and every minor things will be focused in the class.
Lastly I make sure that I develop a very positive energy in you so that you can live your life to the fullest.
