About Vikas
As far as Certification is concerned, I am an AITA and ITF certified U-10 kids coach but that is what is not important in my resume.
I have been following tennis at the International level since last 15 Years and i have seen players rise and fall, analyzed them, Believe me tennis is not just hitting forehand and backhand, everyone on the tour knows how to do it but still there is only One Federer, Djokovic and Nadal.

I just don't teach tennis to kids, I make them understand the game
I firmly believe the most important age to concentrate for "to be tennis players" is 6 to 10 which normally other coaches don't understand and want ready made players.
The most important age for a seed to become a large tree is the very first time.
We have to prepare the soil and handle it for first 1-2 years and then we will see the height it gain.
