I have worked with at CSIR-IGIB while her dissertation work. She carries a profound understanding in biochemistry and molecular biology, that was clearly reflected in the kind of work she delivered. She has had a rich experimental experience in handling gels and reagents in an efficient way. She always had a different pedagogy while explaining the experimental findings and concepts per se during meetings. Communicating science and concepts in easy and comprehensible way has become a rare trait, a trait which she have happened to develop in past few years. Having acquainted with her for over a year now, i offer my recommendation for Saloni as a teacher.
