About Roshanara
I am an Assistant Professor and a soft skill trainer. Stress management seems to be mandatory in all profession and especially teaching. For all the kings and queens food seems to be a stress buster and moreover food has the power to unite people. So cooking is an art which every individual should learn to create and spread love around people.

My methodology differs according to the knowledge level of my students. The same method will not be followed for all the students. Indian based cooking will be given more importance in my class. I always stress more on the healthy food preparation for the children.
