About Luca
I am an undergraduate Philosophy and Literature student at the University of Warwick, where I achieved a first-class standard in my first year. I previously studied at Reading School, attaining A grades in English Literature, History, and Philosophy at A-Level. I am also a National Ethics Cup Debate Champion (2023) and have published writing in The Addington, Cogito, and The Boar.

I specialise in A-Level English Literature and Philosophy, as well as GCSE English at Grade 7–9 level. My focus is advanced essay construction: developing clear thesis statements, structured argumentation, precise textual analysis, and confident critical engagement. Many students understand the content but struggle to express ideas at a top-band level — my sessions are designed to close that gap.
Lessons are structured, rigorous, and tailored to individual goals. I provide detailed written feedback and practical frameworks aligned with current GCSE and A-Level mark schemes, helping students move beyond description towards sophisticated, examiner-focused analysis.
I work best with motivated students aiming to strengthen their writing, improve exam technique, and push into the highest performance bands.
Lessons are delivered online via Zoom.
