About Abby
I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer. I have a background in hockey where I played junior international level and recently returned from University in America where I was on a hockey scholarship, so I have a good understanding of elite sport and performance. I want to make my clients feel confident in themselves and know that they can achieve whatever goals they have.
