About Emily
English has been my favourite subject all through my school years but I know how frustrating and difficult it can get and would love to bring some more enjoyment to it. I’m hardworking and bright, I have attend a leading grammar school, as I did at GCSE and received an 8 in English, as well as now pursuing it at A Level.

Depending on the level the student is working at I can offer a range of teaching styles. The aim is to have a discussion about desired goals then collaborate of a plan that works for us both. This can involve mini practice activities, a ranges of external material and marked feedback on work. I also find it useful to use the style of the teacher to help with the tutoring, as learning in multiple ways can be confusing.
