About Diya
I am a first-year university student studying life sciences. Within this degree, I get to learn more about all the sciences while also learning math and continue with option courses such as innovation and stats. I have been in the teaching profession for a while now and hope I can continue to help inspire people and help them succeed. With my experiences teaching different ages, I can tailor my methods for everyone's needs in order to make the lesson easy and knowledgeable. I hope I can help people find their paths without them hating the subject!

I have been helping students grow and excel for four years. Adapting to different study habits and needs is a key factor included in my lesson plans. All lesson plans are tailored to meet the best interests of the students in order to help them succeed. I have taught math, English, and chemistry to all grade levels. I have a lot of experience teaching students from working in two tutoring companies as well as a swimming company in order to broaden my experiences. I am looking to teach high schoolers in need of assistance in any sciences including math.

Diya is an amazing, well spoken, and intelligent tutor who helped me get through the difficulties of high school chemistry. She is very welcoming and open to address various topics that I struggled with. From simplifying reactions in organic chemistry, to providing easy methods not taught well in high schools, she helped me excel from 79, to 93 at the end of the semester. Diya adapted around my learning style and curated sessions specifically in ways I would understand best. I would definitely recommend Diya to anyone who deeply struggles in understanding the fundamentals of complex topics, or methods for solving problems within their courses.
