About Ashley
I have 2 years experience teaching kids letter sounds, blending words, and learning to read at our local elementary school. I have 2 years worth of early literacy intervention training from Americorps. I've helped dozens of children go from below benchmark to exceeding the benchmark in their literacy skills and make it fun for them.

I believe that when learning is made fun the kids do better and actually want to learn more. I often apply a "game like" approach to encourage the children to push themselves and bring joy to the learning experience. I can track and monitor their progress to show them and you their growth over time to help us reach their literacy goals.
