About Kandace
I am a full time student athlete at Lane College. I was playing college basketball, and decided that I had fallen out of love with the sport. I now, only participate in track and field. I am scheduled to graduate in 2023, earning my bachelor's degree in English.

My teaching approach is very simple. In class, I was always allowed to express how I felt about a piece of literature. In that expression, I was able to find my voice and authentic self. Literature brings out the truth in everyone, and I would love to see the best brought out of those I spend the time to teach.
