About Tina
I am an artist and scientist who has become dedicated to the full health and wellbeing of the individual. I’ve experienced much personal trauma and lack of support and understanding so I set out to find solutions.
As a result I am now a qualified transformational coach. This focus very much on the mind and our patterns of thinking. For the health of the body I draw primarily on the principles of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.

As each of us is truly unique I work very intuitively with each individual drawing on tools, knowledge and experience from a variety of sources.
I use an evocative style of coaching to help you use your mind in a way you probably haven’t done consistently before. This allows you to step into the infinite side of your nature and apply that practically into your daily life.
