About Nasir
I'm a certified life coach with additional certifications in anxiety and emotional coaching. I lost 50kg myself and have maintained it long-term, so I coach from real, lived experience rather than theory alone. I'm also completing an MSc in Psychology, which shapes how I approach behavior change. I help people build sustainable habits and a healthier relationship with themselves — not just the scale.
