My teaching method consists of going over the exact material the student is going through themselves. It’s better to go over something they’ve seen already. At the school, I tried explaining math problems/concepts in a different way. I would show my students shorts cuts with they found amazing, and were eager to continue with their work, because they learned a new way of solving them.
My lessons/tutor sessions I start off with sharing good things that happened in the time we didn’t see each other. After that, we review what we went over last time and then look into what we need to work on.
