My teaching combines close observation with an encouraging, hands-on approach. I look for small details in posture, timing, breathing, and coordination that can make a noticeable difference. Rather than rushing through techniques, I allow learners to build familiarity through practice and feedback, creating a positive environment where confidence develops alongside swimming ability.

Sessions focus on making movement through water more comfortable, controlled, and efficient. Depending on your starting point, we can work on water entry, floating, breathing patterns, kicking, arm action, stroke development, turns, pacing, and stamina. Practical drills are introduced gradually, giving swimmers opportunities to practise, adjust, and feel genuine progress.
