About Emily
Absolutely — I’d keep the key qualifications and personality but make it much more concise:
I’m a Nottingham Trent University graduate with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sport Psychology. My studies have given me a strong understanding of psychological factors affecting performance, including motivation, confidence, anxiety and mental preparation.
I enjoy helping others develop their understanding and confidence, and I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I understand how stressful exams can be, and I want to help students feel prepared, confident and clear about what they need to know.
Outside of studying, I enjoy playing netball, watching ice hockey and reading. I’m also a huge animal lover!
