About Patricia
Since 2007, I have excelled in providing college and career counseling for middle and high school students, as well as adult learners, yet our scope extends beyond mere guidance. As an author of an award-winning book "The Applica-Phobia of College Admissions", a graduate of USC, UCLA, and Widener University touring colleges across the country, my program offers a Full Range of Services to help students reach their goals in Top Tier Choices, Learning Differences, The Arts, Specialized Programs, DACA students, First Generation, and International Students.

The goals of my program is to meet the student at their starting point, not the point that others think they should be at.
There is a lot of information out there! Subsequently, that information needs to be tailor-made into something that is manageable for the student and meets their needs.
This approach is a program not found with companies who offer essay writing or college application assistance.
As a counselor, my job is to streamline the approach so that the student finds the right combination of academic, social, environmental and financial balance and gets through the process, curbing the emotional roller coaster that often can be caused by the experience.
Everyone's situation is unique, and so should their 'moving forward' plan with the goal to take the student from their starting point and push them forward, with a focus on minimizing stress and anxiety, and streamlining the process for the entire family.

Details
Member of HECA (Higher Education Consultants Assocoation)
All sessions are held online, unless specified, and sessions are limited to the specific need of the student (ie: HS curricilum choices, school selections, essays, etc.) Those requiring full guidance programs need to talk to counselor. Full guidance programs consist of 30-35 hours of one on one counseling.
Appoimtments are required and there os a 24 hour cancellation required.
