About Jyoti
I am a student whose doing her bachelor's living alone in a hostel staying away from family and still managing to prioritisemy health and lifestyle to sustain better. I have lost around 20kgs in my journey and learnt so many realistic lessons that are very basic to understand and live a healthier life. I want to help as many people as I can with my knowledge and want people and youth of this generation get better at whatever their levels.
