About Kausar
I have graduated in business management and further studied a post graduate curse in design management. I have experience from when I had left school, working three years in a nursery. I then qualified in personal training and held fitness classes as well as 1 to 1 hour sessions with clients. I am currently going into supply teacher in secondary schools. My experience involved, planning, team leading and teaching.

I am a graduate in business and design management currently going into supply teaching in secondary schools. when i teach i feel making connections towards learningg is a vital point for me. it is essential that the teaching methods I use help students make connections to their learning by using Real-life connections which can make learning interesting for students. Other methods such as discussions helps engage the students and creates more interest towards what is being taught.
